As a fee-only and independent fiduciary advisor, there is no incentive for excessive trading or to sell particular products. We provide conflict-free advice designed for each client’s personal financial situation. Our fees are based on assets under management per account and include comprehensive investment management. We do not have any minimum annual fee associated with our work and are proud to have pricing that is considerably less than the average investment advisor.
Sustainvest annual management fee
0.75% of the value of the Account up to and including $1,000,000;
0.50% of the value of the Account from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000;
0.40% of the value of the Account greater than $3,000,000.
fee is negotiable if the Account value is greater than $5,000,000.
Most clients come to us with investable assets of $250,000 or more.
Fees are always billed quarterly in arrears and are paid directly from the account(s) we manage for you. Our quarterly reporting shows billed amounts along with performance net of fees.
